Filing a Grievance

We believe that our working environment is improved by direct communication, and will strive to maintain a direct line of communication with our associates. With that in mind, we believe that a formal grievance procedure is essential to ethical practice. The following process should be utilized by any person, internal or external to the RRC, who has a grievance:

1. Attempt to directly address the issue with the parties involved, if feasible.

2. If step one is not feasible, or a resolution is not reached, please escalate the concern to the Associate Director.

3. If step two is not feasible, or a resolution is not reached, please escalate the concern by filing a formal grievance through this form.
